Crisis

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or needs urgent help, you don't have to handle it alone. There are people who can help you through difficult moments.

You can also always talk to a trusted adult, such as a parent, caregiver, teacher, school counselor, coach, doctor, or another adult you trust.

Asking for help is never something to be ashamed of. Mental health emergencies can happen to anyone, and getting support is an important step toward feeling better. You deserve to be heard, supported, and cared for.
